The City of Ramsey views the expressway option from Thurston Boulevard in Anoka
through the western boundary of Ramsey as problematic and only prolongs negative
consequences, such as limited mobility and safety concerns,
2. Of the three proposed alignment alternatives, the City of Ramsey supports the TH 10
Interregional Con'idor Study preferred alignment, which is described as the northernmost of
the three options, immediately adjacent to the BNSF rail track system. Said alignment to
include interchanges at sunfish Lake Boulevard, Ramsey Boulevafd, Armstrong Boulevard,
and Alpine Drive NW to support local access needs of the community. ~

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember
, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof:

and the following voted against the same:

and the following abstained:

and the following were absent:

Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this
~ day of ., 2001.

Mayor

ATTEST:

City Administrator

-251-
