She explained that the Board was not sure if it <br />would have held up in the court of law. <br /> <br />Scott Christensen, 8970 162® Lane NW, Ramsey, stated that he backs the berm and is looking <br />for some sort of remedy. He certainly felt that the berm could be reduced without hauling out a <br />significant amount of dirt.
