City Administrator Norman replied that the earliest would be January. <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec recommended that a special addition of the Ramsey Resident be mailed so that all <br />residents receive notification and that the proposed changes be highlighted. <br /> <br />Councilmember Kurak stated that it is important to make sure that it is clear that changes are <br />being made. <br /> <br />Councilmember Hendriksen stated that the prOblem is that the changes are last minute changes, <br />which is why it is incumbent on them to send out notifications to the parcels that are around the <br />proposed changes. <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec replied that,,:h~!4:ih'~bught the Ramsey Resident could do a better job than a letter <br />being, sent out.
