Councilmember <br /> <br />RESOLUTION <br />ORDER NO. I <br /> <br /> introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION #01-12-XXX <br /> <br />APPROVING FINAL PAYMENT NO. 6 ESTIMATE AND CHANGE <br />TO MEADOWYALE CONSTRUCTION, INC. FOR IMPROVElVIENT <br /> <br />PROJECT #99-66, #99-68 AND #00-28 (a.k.a. 2000 STORM WATER UTILITY PROJECTS) <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on June 13, 2000, the Ramsey City Council adopted Resolution #00-06-146 <br />awarding the bid for 2000 Storm Water Utility Projects #99-66, #99-68 and #00-28 to Meadowvale <br />Construction in the amount of $262,461;'and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Change Order No. 1 increased the contract by $2,250 as compensation for <br />removal of buried trees on the project. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, City Engineer Steve Jankowski inspected the 'completed Work and <br />recommended final pay estimate to Meadowvale Construction in the amount of $6,454.09 <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1. That the City Council hereby authorizes partial pay estimate to Meadowvale Construction for <br /> 2000 Storm Water Utility Projects #99-66, #99-68 and #00-28 in the amount of $6,454.09. <br /> <br />That the City Council hereby authorizes the Mayor or 'City Administrator to sign the release <br />form for this payment, <br /> <br />3. That the total amount of this payment is not included in resolutions approving payment of bills <br /> for the month of December 2001. <br /> <br />4.
