I I I I I I I I i I I I I I I I I I I Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #01-12-XXX RESOLUTION APPROVING 2ND PARTIAL PAYMENT TO MAGNEY CONSTRUCTION, INC. FOR IMPROVEIVIENT PROJECT #00-29 (PUMPHOUSE NO 3) WHEREAS, on October 9, 2001, the Ramsey City Council adopted Resolution #01-10- 379 awarding the bid for Improvement Project #00-29, Pumphouse No 3, to Magney Construction, Inc. in the amount of $495,500.00, and; WHEREAS, City Engineer Brian Olson inspected the completed wot~k and recommended partial payment to Magney Construction, Inc. in the amount of $37,160.20. WHEREAS, City Engineer Brian 'Olson 'inspected the completed work and recommended second partial payment to Magney Construction, Inc. in the amount of $91,478.35. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That the City Council hereby authorizes partial payment to Magney Construction, Inc. for Improvement Project #00-29, Pumphouse No 3 project in the amount of $91,478.35 on December 18,2001.. 2) That the City Council authorizes the Mayor or City Administrator to sign the release form for this payment. 3) That the total amount of this payment is not included in resolutions approving payment of bills for the month of December, 2001. 4) That the City of Ramsey Finance Department will be provided a sig'ned copy of this resolution.
