Mayor Ramsey introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br />� REC9 JUN 28 2010 <br />RESOLUTION #10 -04 -095 <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ISSUANCE OF A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT <br />BASED ON FINDINGS OF FACT #0867 AND DECLARING TERMS OF PERMIT TO <br />INCREASE THE MAXIMUM NUMBER OF PARKING SPACES BY TWENTY -FIVE <br />PERCENT. <br />WHEREAS, the City of Ramsey received an application from Allina Health System for a <br />conditional use permit to increase the maximum number of parking spaces permitted in the TC -3 sub- <br />district by 25% on the property legally described as follows: <br />Outlot FF, Ramsey Town Center Addition, Subject to Easement of Record, Anoka County, <br />Minnesota <br />-or upon recording - <br />Lot 1, Block 1, Ramsey Town Center 14 Addition <br />1111111 11111 111111111E1 1111111111 11111111 <br />Record ID 2318979 <br />2015708.011 <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br />On April 27, 2010, a Conditional Use Permit ( "Permit ") was issued by the City of Ramsey <br />( "City") to Allina Health System ( "Permittee ") to increase the maximum number of parking <br />spaces in the TC -3 Sub - district by 25 %. <br />This Permit is issued pursuant to Section 117 -51 of the Ramsey City Code. The conditions of <br />this Permit are as follows: <br />1. This Permit shall remain in effect so long as the conditions imposed herein are complied <br />with. <br />2. This Permit shall allow for a maximum of One Hundred Forty Three (143) parking spaces <br />on the Subject Property. <br />3. That the Permittee shall construct the parking lot in accordance with the site plan prepared <br />by BDH & Young and dated March 1, 2010 and that parking space markings must be <br />maintained at all times. <br />4. That the City Administrator, or his/her designee, shall have the right to inspect the premises <br />for compliance and safety purposes annually or at any time, upon reasonable request. <br />5. That the Permittee shall be responsible for City costs incurred in administering and <br />enforcing this Permit. <br />
