City Staff <br />will forward a copy of the preliminary plat to it's consultant of choice for this report. <br /> <br />Utilities and Water Usage: This development will need to be served 'by City sanitary utilities. <br />Water main is available along CR 116. Sanitary sewer is available east of CR 56 or on the west <br />side of CR 56 and 143rd Ave. k is likely that a lift station will be required to service this <br />development. - . . . <br /> <br />12. <br /> <br />Park Dedication: The preliminary plat will be forwarded tO the Park Commission for a <br />recommendation on park dedication. 'The City has the option for cash, land, or a combination of <br />the two.
