10. That the applicant is proposing a developmem that is compatible ~with the March 2001 dra~ <br /> comprehensive plan desiBnation of this proper~y to have High Density.. IKesidential along <br /> Dysprosium St., Medium Densiw Residential along Nowthen Blvd. and Low Density <br /> tKesidential on the western part of the property. <br /> <br />11. That the proposal be will be consistent with all other applicable City and State regulations. <br /> <br />12. That the proposal will/wilt not be detrimental on surrounding market values. <br /> <br />13. That the proposal will/will not be a behest to the Communi~ as a whole. <br /> <br />14. That the proposal will/will not impose undue burden upon public services and facilities. <br /> <br />15.
