COUNTY <br />STATE OF NLINNESOTA <br /> <br />Ia'3'IPROVE~LENT PROJECT #01-03 <br /> NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING <br /> <br />TO WHOM IT ~L~Y CONCEI:LN: <br /> <br />Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of Ramsey will hold a public hearing on <br />Tuesday, March 13, 2001 at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers of the Ramsey Mu. rficipal Center, <br />15153 Nowthen Boulevard N-W, Ramsey, bEN'. <br /> <br />The purpose of the hearing is to consider Improvement Project ~401-03 for the Cracksealin~/seal <br />coat o£the following streets: <br /> <br />I. 164'h Lane N.W. from County State Aid Ki~_b_way #5 to a point of 1,000 feet west thereof. <br />2. 15 [~t Lane N.W'. 15om CounW, State Aid Hi,way #5 to a point of 1,200 feet west thereof. <br /> <br />Pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Sections 429.0[ 1 to 429.11 and Chapter 4 of' the Ramsey City <br />Code. Tile area proposed to be assessed for such improvement is ~e property abutting the above <br />described streets. The estimated total cost of the above described project is $5,256. The <br />estimated average cost of such improvement to each un/t is $82.13. The estimated annual, cost <br />for each unit is $27.38 plus interest. This cost will be assessed over three (3) years at two (2) <br />percent above the l O-year U.S..Treasury Rare, <br /> <br />All interested persons are invited to attend the. hearing and comment on the proposed <br />improvement project. The City of Ramsey complies with the 'Americans With Disabilities Act <br />and upon advance request, inibrmation will be provided in an alternative form and interpreters <br />will be available. Any person with such a request should contact Tara Olson at 427-I410 by 5:00 <br />p.m. on Thursday, March 8, 200i.
