4.5O.02 <br /> <br />4.50.03 <br /> <br />50% of the cost for second and subsequent sealcoating applications on City <br />streets shall be specially assessed to the benefited property owners and the <br />remaining 50% shall be paid from the City's General Fund. <br /> <br />The payment for initial sealcoating on MSA streets shall be paid fi'om MSA <br />maintenance funds. <br /> <br />Payment for second and subsequent sealcoating applications on MSA streets <br />shall be paid from the City's General Fund. <br /> <br />In the event the benefited property owners petition to defeat a sealcoating <br />project, the benefited property owners will be assessed 100% of the cost <br />when the sealcoating improvement is finally completed. The reason for this <br />100% assessment is that the cost of sealcoating is substantially increased <br />when a street has missed its normally scheduled sealcoating maintenance, <br />which sealcoating generally is on an every six-year schedule. <br /> <br />Subd. 4. <br /> <br />Maintenance <br /> <br />b.
