WATER AND SEWER REVENUE BONDS <br /> <br />SEAN, <br /> <br />Attached please find preliminary 10, 15 and 20-year debt service schedules for a G.O. <br />Water and Sewer RevenUe Bond. Each bond issue assumes the City requires <br />approximately $6,386,700 in construction proceeds. To that amount we have added the <br />standard costs of issuance and underwriters discount. In addition, we have capitalized <br />one year of interest cost into the total borrowing. <br /> <br />The debt service is structured to achieve a level annual requirement. Once the project <br />becomes better defined with projected revenue sources and cash flows identified, the <br />bond structures can be better tailored to meet those estimated revenue streams. <br /> <br />I hope this information is helpful.
