CASE # <br /> <br />SUNFISH COMMONS REVOLVING LOAN APPLICATION <br /> By: James E. Norman, City Administrator <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />During the EDA meeting of August 20, 2001, the EDA recommended that funds be transferred <br />to the Economic Development Revolving Loan Fund in order to allow an application to. be made <br />by Sunfish Commons Partnership. Sunfish Commons is a 1,440 square foot multi-tenant, <br />commercial space constructed on the intersection of Highway #I0 and Sunfish Lake Boulevard <br />(Description of project attached to case). The project encountered additional expenses that were <br />not anticipated when the demolition of the former McKay Auto requested asbestos removal. <br /> <br />The Sunfish Commons Partnership was provided the Economic Development Revolving Loan <br />Fund application form during the week of' September I0, 2001, and it is anticipated that most of <br />the information will be completed prior to the EDA meeting.
