ALTRON NORTH PROPERTY <br /> By: James E. Norman <br /> <br />CASE <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />Staff received Council direction on May 15, 2001, to make contact with the property owner of <br />Altron in order to determine the availability of the 8210 vacant parcel north to Sunwood Avenue. <br />Staff has been in contact with the owner of the vacant property (Alan C. Phillips), and has been <br />in the process of acquiring comparable market value for the property.
