Voting No: None. ~ <br /> <br />Case #4: <br /> <br />Adopt Ordinance to Amend City Code Chapter 9 (9.02 Definitions, 9.03 <br />Administration, 9.20.21 B-1 General Business, 9.20,22 B-2 Highway Business, <br />9.20.23 E-1 Employment, 9.20.24 E~2 Employment, 9.20.26 Mixed Use) <br /> <br />Community Development Director Frolik stated that on July 8, 2003, the City Council introduced- <br />proposed amendments to the following sections of Chapter 9 (Zoning and Subdivision): of City <br />Code: Definitions, Administration, business districts, industrial districts and the addition of a <br />mixed use zoning district.
