-102- <br /> <br />Councilmember Pearson-noted that he v~as abstaining from the issue. <br /> <br />Motion by Mayor Gamec, seconded by Councilmember Zimmerman, to adopt Ordinance #03-27 <br />to establish an interim moratorium ordinance, north of T.H. #10 and south of the BNSF Railroad <br />from Ramsey's common border with Anoka to the common border with Elk River, for a six- <br />month period to provide the City and MnDOT the opportunity to establish a schedule for the <br />official mapping of the T.I-I. #10 Corridor. <br /> <br />A roll call vote was perlbrmed by the Recording Secretary: <br /> <br />Councilmember Strommen absent <br />Councilmember Kurak abstained <br />Councilmember Cook aye <br />Councihnember Zimmerman aye <br />Councilmember Pearson abstained <br />Councilmember Elvig aye <br />Mayor Gamec aye . <br /> <br />Motion carried. <br /> <br />Case #7: <br /> <br />Adopt Ordinance to Vacate Drainage and Utility Easement on Lot 1, Block 1, <br />Riverview Bowl; Case of Tim Holm <br /> <br />Con~n'nunity Development Director Frolik stated that on July 8, 2003, the City Council introduced <br />an ordinance to vacate a five-foot ~rainage and utility easement on the southwest proper~y line of <br />Lot 1, Block 1, Riverview Bowl. That property line was the subject of an administrative <br />subdivision with Lot 3, Block 4, Rivers/de West. The result of the administrative subdivision <br />was that the southwest property line of the Superbowl site was i'ealigned 24 feet to the north.
