The. public hearing will be held at 7:00 pm, August 12, 2003 at <br />the Ramsey Fire Station No. 2 located at 15050 Armstrong Boulevard NW. <br /> <br />Also enclosed is a copy of the Feasibility Report dated June 10, 2003, which describes the ' <br />project and discusses the financing and assessments.
