For water hookup, the lateral charge is $7,122 and the trunk fee is $1285. For sewer hookup, the lateral charge is $3,200, the trunk fee is $577. The total lateral charge for water and sewer is $10,322. The assumed 22 lots would generate $227,084. This more than covers the expected cost shown below.
