The public hem'ing will be held at <br />7:00 pm, August 12, 2003 at the Ramsey Fire Station No. 2 located at 15050 Armstrong <br />Boulevard NW. <br /> <br />Also enclosed is a copy of the Feasibility Report dated June 10, ~.00~, which describes the <br />project and discusses the financing and assessments.
