-262- <br /> <br />Recommendation: <br /> <br />The City Attorney has recommended that Oak Terrace Estates be considered to be the sole <br />benefited party to this improvement project, but that Sunfish Commons should be held to its <br />responsibility to pay the cost of extending the sanitary sewer to its west property line.
