FROM <br /> B-3 HIGHWAY BUSINESS TO R-1 RESIDENTIAL <br /> By: Community Development Director Sylvia Frolik <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />On July 22, 2003, the City Council introduced an ordinance to rezone the Hamilton/Holasek <br />parcel south of Riverdale, west of Sunfish Lake Blvd. from B-3 Highway Business to R-1 <br />Residential, in accordance with the Comprehensive Plan. <br /> <br />Observations: <br /> <br />accordance with the City Charter, the ordinance is now eligible for adopti°n. <br /> <br />Recommendations: <br /> <br />City Staff recommends adoption of the enclosed ordinance at this time. <br /> <br />Council Action: <br /> <br />Motion by and seconded by to adopt Ordinance #03-__ to amend rezone <br />Tract C, Registered Land Survey No,. 119, from B-3 Highway Business to R-1 Residential. <br /> <br />Roll Call Vote: <br /> <br />Councilmember Pearson. <br />Councilmember Elvig <br />Councilmember Strommen <br />Councilmember Kurak <br />Councilmember Zimmerman <br />Councilmember Cook <br />Mayor Gamec <br /> <br />Review Checklist: <br /> <br />Asst.
