Subsection 9.12.10 (Business and Industrial Park Signs) shall be amended to read as follows: <br /> <br /> Subd. 1. Park Identification Signs. Industrial or business park signs shall be <br />permitted to contain the following information: the name and address of the park, the <br />management or the developer thereof, and the names of the individual businesses located within <br />said Park. Park identification signs shall contain no advertising material of any k/nd, and shall <br />be subject to the following: <br /> <br />a. All industrial and business park signs shall be ground or wall signs. <br /> <br />bo <br /> <br />There shall not be more than one (1) industrial or business park sign for <br />each point of vehicular access to an office or industrial park. <br /> <br />The gross surface area of an industrial or business park sign shall not exceed <br />one hundred (100) square feet in gross surface area for each exposed face <br />nor exceed an aggregate gross surface area of one two hundred (200) square <br />feet. <br /> <br />A ground industrial or business park sign shall not project higher than ten <br />(10) feet, as measured from base of sign or grade of the nearest adjacent <br />roadway, whichever is higher. <br /> <br />Subd. 2. Park Member Identification Signs <br /> <br />There shall not be more than one (1) wall sign for each principal building or <br />tenant or use within a building, except where the building abuts two (2) or <br />more streets, additional such signs, one (1) oriented to each abutting street, <br />shall be permitted. <br /> <br />b. There shall not be more than one (1) ground sign for each principal building. <br /> <br />The gross surface area of a wall sign shall not exceed fifteen percent (15%) <br />of the occupant's proportionate share of the building wall to which the sign <br />is to be affixed. A wail sign shall not project higher than the parapet line of <br />the wall to which the sign is to be affixed. <br /> <br />do <br /> <br />The gross surface area of a ground sign shall not exceed one hundred (100) <br />square feet for each exposed face nor exceed an aggregate gross surface area <br />of two hundred square feet. <br /> <br />A ground sign shall not project higher than ten (10) feet, as measured from <br />based of sign or grade of the nearest adjacent roadway, whichever is higher. <br /> <br />Subsection 9.12.11 (Planned Unit Developments) shall be amended to read as follows: <br /> <br /> Subd. 1. The developer shall be required to submit a sign plan for approval, drawn <br />to scale with elevations. The sign plan shall include but not be limited to the following <br />information: number of signs, type of signs, sign sizes, type of construction materials, and sign <br />messages. <br /> <br />Subsection 9,12.16 (Exemptions) shall be amended to read as follows: <br /> 6 <br /> <br />-333- <br /> <br /> <br />
