Subd. 9. Inspection (All Development Areas). All required improvements <br />shall be inspected during the course of construction by the City Engineer. Acceptance of said <br />improvements by the City shall occur upon consent to release financial sureties by the City <br />Engineer. <br /> <br /> Subd. 10. Construction by City. '._~ <br />deem appropriate under the circumstances. <br /> <br /> Subd. 11. Warranty. The City shall, where appropriate, require a subdivider <br />submission of a warranty/maintenance bond in the amount equal to that established by the <br />Development Agreement which shall be in force for one year following the final acceptance of <br />any required improvements and shall guarantee satisfactory performance of said improvements. <br /> <br />9.50.51 Monuments <br /> <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />i <br />I <br /> <br /> Subdivision 1, Official monuments as designated and adopted by the Anoka <br />County Surveyor's Office and approved by the Anoka County District Court for use as judicial <br />monuments shall be set at each comer or angle on the outside boundary of the final plat or in <br />accordance with a plan as approved by the City Engineer. The boundary line of the property to <br />be included with the plat shall be fully dimensioned, all angles of the boundary excepting the <br />closing angle shall be indicated, all monuments and surveyor's irons shall be indicated and each <br />angle point of the boundary perimeter shall be so monumented. <br /> <br /> Subd. 2. Pipes or steel rods shall be placed at each lot comer. Ail United States, <br />State, County or other official bench marks, monuments or triangular stations in or adjacent to <br />the property shall be preserved in precise position and shall be recorded on the plat. Al1 lot and <br />block dimensions shall be on the plat and all necessary angles pertaining to the lots and blocks as <br />an aid to future surveys shall be shown on the plat. No ditto marks will be permitted in <br />indicating dimensions. <br /> <br />I <br />i <br /> <br /> Subd. 3. To insure that all irons and monuments are correctly in place following <br />the final grading of a plat, a second monumentation shall be required. Proof of the second <br />monumentation shall be in the form of a surveyor's certificate and this requirement shall <br />additionally be a condition of certificate of occupancy as provided for in the City Zoning <br />Chapter, as may be amended. <br /> <br />I <br />! <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />9.50.52 <br /> <br />Vehicle Access into Construction sites. <br /> <br /> There will not be any building construction allowed until a Class 5 driving surface <br />is installed to within at least 300 feet of any building.
