Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 03-08- <br /> <br />RESOLUTION GRANTING FINAL PLAT APPROVAL OF SUNFISH BUSINESS PARK <br />2N~) ADDITION <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Ramsey acquired property in the Industrial District for <br />development purposes; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Ramsey, hereafter referred to as "Developer", has properly <br />applied for final plat approval of the following deschbed property located in the City of Ramsey: <br /> <br />Lots 1 and 4, Block 1, Sunfish Lake Business Park, Anoka County, Minnesota <br /> <br />- Or upon recording - <br /> <br />Sunfish Lake Business Park. 2~a Addition <br /> <br /> AND WHEREAS, the Ramsey Planning Commission approved the sketch plan on July <br />10, 2003; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Ramsey City Council approved the final plat on August 12, 2(~03; <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, park dedication requirements will be satisfied as part of the Tax Increment <br />Financing agreement between the City of Ramsey and the individual developers of each lot. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) <br /> <br />That the Ramsey City Council hereby grants final plat approval to Sunfish Business Park 2nd <br />Addition contingent on compliance with City Staff Review Letter dated August 7, 2003 and <br />in accordance with relevant City Codes. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br /> ., and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />-433- <br /> <br /> <br />
