' <br /> <br />Councihnember Kurak replied no. <br /> <br />City Attorney Goodrich explained that the FAA has concerns with safety, but not specifically <br />with area size. <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec suggested that they also' consider lighting restrictions and restricted times for <br />landing and taking off. <br /> <br />Consensus of the City Council was to direct staff to proceed with drafting a helicopter ordinance. <br />City Attorney Goodrich inquired if the ordinance should go through the Planning Commission. <br />Consensus of the City Council was to send the ordinance through the Planning Commission. <br />COMMITTEE INPUT <br /> <br />None. <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Zimmerman, seconded by Councilmember Cook, to adjourn the <br />meeting. <br /> <br />Motion carried.
