<br />to amend Section 9.02 (Definitions), and 9.03 (Administration) of Chapter 9 of the Ramsey City
<br />Code.

<br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, and Councilmembers Cook, Kurak, Elvig, Pearson,
<br />Strommen, and Zimmerman. Voting No: None.

<br />to amend Section 9.20 (Zoning Districts), Sub-sections 9.20.21 (B-1 Business), 9.20.22 (B-2
<br />Business), and 9.20.23 (B-3 Highway Business) of Chapter 9 of the Ramsey City Code.

<br />Community Development Director Frolik stated that on June 26, 2001, the City issued a
<br />conditional use permit to St. Paul Terminals to operate a recycling processing facility for metals
<br />and landscape timbers at 14050 Basalt Street NW (site formerly occupied by Dmmy's Aluminum
