Councilmember Elvig abstain <br />Councilmember Strommen aye <br />Councilmember Kurak aye <br />Councilmember Cook aye <br />Councilmember Zimmerman aye <br />Councilmember Pearson abstain <br />Mayor Gamec aye <br /> <br />Motion carried. <br /> <br />Case #12: Request for Vacation of Easements; Case of Oak Creek Builders <br /> <br />Associate Planner Wald stated that the City Council introduced an ordinance to vacate drainage <br />and utility easements that were platted as part of the Lutz Ramsey Acres Plat on June 24, 2003. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Zimmerman, seconded by Councilmember Cook, to adopt Ordinance <br />#03-18 to vacate certain drainage and utility easements in Lutz Ramsey Acres subdivision. <br /> <br />A roll call vote was performed by the Recording Secretary: <br /> <br />Councilmember Strommen aye <br />Councilmember Kurak aye <br />Councilmember Cook aye <br />Councilmember Zimmerman aye <br />Councilmember Pearson aye <br />Councilmember Elvig aye <br />Mayor Gamec aye <br /> <br />Motion carried. <br /> <br />Case #13: Report from Public Works Committee <br /> <br />The Personnel Committee met on June 17, 2003 to discuss the following cases: <br /> <br />1) Consider Reduction of Tiger Street Speed Limit <br />The Public Works Committee recommended that Tiger Street be declared a rural residential <br />district, that Resolution #03-07-183 to that effect be passed and transmitted to the Commissioner <br />of Transportation, and that a 30 mph speed limit posting be erected ten days thereafter. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Zimmerman, seconded by Councilmember Cook, to ratify the <br />recommendation of the Public Works Committee. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, and Councilmembers Zimmerman, Cook, Elvig, <br />Kurak, Pearson, and Strommen.
