Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #03-09-X. XX - ~ RESOLUTION APPROVING 2ND P'.~RT1AL PAYMENT TO HYDROCON, INC. FOR IMPROVEMENT PROJECT #03-21 (SUNWOOD DRIV-E LIFT STATION) WHEREAS, on March 25th., 2003, City Council adopted Resolution #03-03-078 approving the plans and specifications for the above referenced work; and WHEREAS, 'Principal City Engineer Brian Olson inspected the completed work and recommended first partial payment to Hydrocon, Inc. in the amount of $46,585.25. WHEREAS, Principal City. En~neer Brian Olson inspected the completed work and recommended second partial payment to Hydrocon, Inc. in the amount of $60.~96.;3. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That the City Council hereby authorizes 2nd Partial paymen~ to Hydrocon, Inc. for Improvement Project #03-2l, Sunwood Drive Lift Station project in the amount of $60.396.25 on September 9, 2003: That the City Council authorizes the Mayor or City Administrator tO sim the release form for this payment. That the total amount of this payment is not included in resolutions approving payment of bills for the month of September ~00:. 4) That the City of Ramsey Finance Department will be provided a sig-ned copy of this resolution.
