PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> ANOKA COUNTY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />The Ramsey Planning Commission conducted a re,dar meeting on Thursday, August 7, 2003, at <br />the Ramsey Fire Station, 15050 Armstrong Boulevard NW, Ramsey, Minnesota. <br /> <br />Members Present: <br /> <br />Members Absent: <br /> <br />Commissioner Ralph Brauer <br />Commissioner Robert Johnson <br />Commissioner Deborah Shepherd <br />Commissioner Eric Watson <br /> <br />Chairperson Michael Nixt <br />Commissioner Gary Van Scoy <br /> <br />Also Present: <br /> <br />Assistant Community Development DirectOr Patrick Trudgeon <br />Associate Planner Amy Geisler <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Acting Chairperson Johnson called the regular meeting to order at 7:18 p.m. <br /> <br />CITIZEN INPUT <br /> <br />There was no citizen input. <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br /> <br />Assistant Community Development Director Trudgeon noted that Case #8, Ramsey Town Center <br />Guidelines, will be removed. Given the number of members present at this meeting and the fact <br />they are not done with the document, he will hold that item until the September Planning <br />Commission meeting. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Brauer, seconded by Commissioner Shepherd, to approve the agenda <br />as amended. <br /> <br />Motion carried, voting Yes: Acting Chairperson Johnson, Commissioners Brauer, Shepherd, <br />and Watson.
