Absent: Chairperson Nixt, Commissioner Van Scoy. <br /> <br />Case #2: ~ <br /> <br />Request for Conditional Use Permit to Exceed Size Restrictions for Accesso~3r <br />Structures; Case of Gerald Schmidt <br /> <br />Presentation <br />Associate Planner Geisler advised the City, has received an application from Gerald and Karen <br />Schmidt for a conditional use permit to exceed the detached-accessory building size restrictions <br />established in City Code on the property located at 15243 Yakima Street NW. She stated the <br />subject property is approximately 37,000 square feet in size, and City Code restricts accessory <br />buildings to 1,488 square feet on parcels this size. The applicants are proposing to construct a <br />detached accessory building that would be 1,080 square feet.
