I I I I I I I I i Councilmember RESOLUTION RECEIVING IMPROVEMENT PROJECT introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #00-01- REPORT AND CALLING A PUBLIC HEARING ON #99-12 (BITUMINOUS PAVING OF IGUANA STREET FROM 153m~ AVENUE TO 151sT LANE) WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution #00-00-XXX adopted by Ramsey City Council on January 1 i, 2000, a report has been prepared by Steve Jankowski, City Engineer, with reference to Improvement Project #99-12 (Bituminous Paving of Iguana Street from 153rd Avenue to 151st Lane); and WHEREAS, the report was received by the Ramsey City Council on January t 1, 2000, which indicates the following: Estimated total cost of the project Estimated total assessment Estimated assessment per unit (10 year term) NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That the Ramsey City Council will consider the improvement of bituminous paving of Iguana Street from 153rd Avenue to 151st Lane in accordance with the report and the assessment of abutting property for all or a portion of the cost of the improvement pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Chapter 429 and Ramsey City Code Section 4.60 at an estimated cost of $ 2) That a public hearing shall be held on such proposed improvement on the 8th day of February, 2000, in the Council Chambers of the Ramsey Municipal Center at 7:00 p.m., and the City Administrator shall give mailed and published notice of such hearing and improvement as required by law.
