I I I i I I I I I Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #00-01- RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT AND CALLING A PUBLIC HEARING ON IMPROVEMENT PROJECT #00-01 (BITUMINOUS OVERLAY FLINTWOOD HILLS) WHEREAS, pursuant to a motion by the Ramsey Public Works Committee on December 21, 1999, a feasibility study for the 2000 Street Maintenance Program has been prepared by Steve Jankowski, City Engineer, with reference to Improvement Project #00-01 (Bituminous Overlay Flintwood Hills); and WHEREAS, the report was received by the Ramsey City Council on January 11, 2000 which indicates the following: Estimated total cost of project Estimated total assessment Estimated assessment per unit (1 O-year term) NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That the Ramsey City Council will consider the improvement of bituminous overlaying of such streets in accordance with the report and the assessment of abutting property for all or a portion of the cost of the improvement pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Chapter 429 and the Ramsey City Code Section 4.60 at an estimated total cost of $ 2) That a public hearing shall be held on such proposed improvement on the 8th day of February, 2000 in the Council Chambers of the Ramsey Municipal Center at 7:00 p.m. and the City Administrator shall give mailed and published notice of such hearing and improvement as required by law. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: and the following voted against the same: and the following abstained:
