The developmert of the Site shall be in accordance with the Smwey for Zeigler Construction prepared by HY-Land Surveyors dated September 23, 1999. 3. That no additional dwellings shall be allowed for construction on the Subject ?roperty unless the property is subdivided in accordance with relevant City Cedes. 4. That the Carriage House shall not be discontim~ed as an accessory use to the estate by way of sale or lease unless the properg, is subdivided in accordance with relevant City Codes. o The Permittees shall be responsible for all City costs incurred in administering and enforcing this Permit. Said expenses shall be paid within 15 days of billing by the City and failure to pay the City's expenses within the 15 day billing period will permit the City to draw upon any of the escrows required by this agreement for payment. 6. The City Administrator and/or his/her designee shall have the right to inspect the premises for compliance and safety purposes annually or at any time upon reasonable request. The City shall record this Permit in the office of the Anoka County Recorder and the Permittee agrees that the terms and provisions of this Permit shall mn with the land and shall bind the Permittee, its successor and assigns.
