The developmert of the Site shall be in accordance with the Smwey for Zeigler Construction <br /> prepared by HY-Land Surveyors dated September 23, 1999. <br /> <br />3. That no additional dwellings shall be allowed for construction on the Subject ?roperty unless <br /> the property is subdivided in accordance with relevant City Cedes. <br /> <br />4. That the Carriage House shall not be discontim~ed as an accessory use to the estate by way of <br /> sale or lease unless the properg, is subdivided in accordance with relevant City Codes. <br /> <br />o <br /> <br />The Permittees shall be responsible for all City costs incurred in administering and enforcing <br />this Permit. Said expenses shall be paid within 15 days of billing by the City and failure to <br />pay the City's expenses within the 15 day billing period will permit the City to draw upon <br />any of the escrows required by this agreement for payment. <br /> <br />6. The City Administrator and/or his/her designee shall have the right to inspect the premises <br /> for compliance and safety purposes annually or at any time upon reasonable request. <br /> <br />The City shall record this Permit in the office of the Anoka County Recorder and the <br />Permittee agrees that the terms and provisions of this Permit shall mn with the land and shall <br />bind the Permittee, its successor and assigns. <br /> <br /> <br />
