The location of this site is situated toward the northwest side of the property at Saint Francis Boulevard NW and 177th Avenue NW. According to the zoning maps, the property is zoned R~ 1R S.;.ngle Family Residential. The surrounding areas on the Ninth, West and South sides are zoned R-IR Single Family Residential; and, property to the Ernst is zoned R-1R Single Family Residential. Existing trees anti shrubs will sc..-zcn the base of the monopole and equip~nent cabinets from. The equipment cabinets will be adjacent 'to the monopole on the south side, and take up approximately ten (10') feet by twelve (1T) p~_s depicted on Exhibits C and D. The equipment cabinets are approximately five (5') feet tall, three (3') feet deep, and six (6') feet wide. The ceil site will require single phase, 200 amp, and 208-voit electrical service and T1 telephone for utilities. These will be obtained from the site and separately metered. This and other technical specifications of the cell site are shown as Exhibit E. I have included construction drawings shown as Exhibit A, indicating the locations as described. Access to the tower site shall be provided by an existing access road. Additionally, the cell site will meet both FAA and FCC requirements for the location. ZONING AND CONDITIONAL USE STANDARDS The site meets the City's standards for Conditional Use Permit under section 9.03.06 of the city code. VARIANCE HEIGHT US West is requesting a Variance on the height restriction of this tower. In order to provide coverage as per our engineering specifications for operating purposes we require the height of this monopole to be one hundred eighty (180') feet.
