11. The tower and related equipment will meet the setback requirements of the Rural Residential District. 12. The tower will not be illuminated by artificial means and shall not display strobe lights. 13. No signs will be posted on the tower, equipment cabinets or fencing except applicable warning or equipment information signs. 14. The Permittees assume all responsibility for ensuring that the s';te operations do not interfere with public safety telecommunications. 15. The Permittees shall bs responsible for all City costs incurred in administering and enforcing this conditional use permit.
