Application for a permit is made to the City. Right-of-way <br />applications shall contain, and will be considered complete only upon compliance ~vith, the <br />requirements of the following provisions: <br /> <br />a. Registration with the City pursuant to this Section. <br /> <br />Submission of a completed permit applications form, including all required <br />attachments, and scaled drawings showing the location and area of the <br />proposed project ami the location of all existing and proposed equipi?ent. <br /> <br />Payment of all mol- ;y due to the City for: <br /> <br />1. Permit fees mi0 costs due; <br /> <br />2. Prior obstrucr,,.cs and excavations; <br /> <br />Any loss, dj ..~ge, or expense suffe,~ed by the City as ~ --'sult of <br />applicant's 7 ' ' excavations or obstv:~:zt,_'ons and the rightz..c ?way or <br />any emerg¢:'~c~, actions taken by the CiL/; and <br /> <br />4. Franchise f~e::, !f applicable. <br /> <br /> '.~,d. 2. When an excavation permit is reouired for purposes of ":.s:alling <br />additional eqt~!'~ment, and a perforn,ance and restoration bond which is in existence is <br />insufficient w:'!~ respect to the additional equipment in the se!¢ determination of the City, the <br />permit applicam may be required by ~l~e City to post an additional performance and res'koration <br />bond in accordance with Section 4.10.04, Snbd. 1. <br /> <br />4.10.11 <br /> <br />Issuance of Permit; Conditions <br /> <br /> S:~bdivision 1. If the City determines that the applicant has satisfied the <br />requirements of this Section, the City may issue a permit. <br /> <br /> Subd. 2. The City may impose any reasonable conditions upon the issuance <br />of a permit and the performance of the applicant thereunder in order to protect the public health, <br />safety and welfare, to ensure the structural integrity of the right-of-way, to protect the property <br />and safety of other users of the right-of-way, to minimize the disruption and inconvenience to the <br />traveling public, and to otherwise efficiently manage use of the right-of-way. <br /> <br />10 <br /> <br /> <br />
