County Road 116 extends through the <br />northern half of the section between Ramsey Boulevard and Armstrong Boulevard. TH 10 is a <br />four-lane principal arterial expressway, south of the proposed, development, that runs northwest- <br />southeast betweeii the northwbst metro area and connections to the downtown centers. Ramsey <br />Boulevard and Armstrong Boulevard are two-lane roadways that nm from TH I 0 north through <br />the City of Ramsey. Both Ramsey Boulevard and Armstrong Boulevard intersect TH 10 at <br />signalized intersections. The Burlington Northern & Santa Fe Raikoad line hms parallel to <br />TH 10 southern portion of Section 28.
