Alternative 2 consists of constructing a trunk storm sewer system along the north side of the proposed drainage district as shown in Figure 2. This alternative includes a proposed storm water pond on the Hunter Investment property. The control structure shown will operate as discussed in Alternative 1. The total cost of this alternative is $399,140. Advantaqe_S Provides the best flood protection of the two proposed "pond" alternatives. Provides more flood protection than the three "non-pond" alternatives. Utilizes the existing capacity of the Sunfish Lake Blvd. storm sewer.
