Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #00-01- RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT AND CALLING A PUBLIC HEARING ON IMPROVEMENT PROJECT #99-12 (BITUMINOUS PAVING OF IGUANA STREET FROM 153rm AVENUE TO 151sT LANE) WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution #00-00-XXX adopted by Ramsey City Council on Janumy ! 1, 2000, a report has been prepared by Steve Jankowski, City Engineer, with reference to Improvement Project #99-12 (Bituminous Paving of Iguana Street fi'om 153rd Avenue to 151st Lane); ar)d V.'HEREAS, the report was received by the Ramsey City Council on January 11, 2000, which indicates the following: ~2:timated total cost of th.~, project E timated total assessment Estimated asscssment pe~: unit (i0 year term) NOW THEREFOK~, BE IT P~ESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CIT'/' OF RAMSE¥, ANOK/., COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That the Ramsey City Council will consider the improvement of bituminous paving of Iguana Street from 153rd Avenue to 151st Lane in accordance with the report and the assessment of aLutting property for all or a portion of the cost of the improvement pursuant to Mhmesota Str',.tutes Chapter 429 and Ramsey City Code Section 4.60 at an estimated cost of $ 2) That a public hearing shall be held on such proposed improvement on the 8th day of February, 2000, in the Council Chambers of the Ramsey Municipal Center at 7:00 p.m., and the City Administrator shall give mailed and published notice of such hearing and improvement as required by law.
