Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #00-01- RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT AND CALLING A PUBLIC HEARING ON IMPROVEMENT PROJECT #99-67 (STOR31 SEWER TO THE MISSISSIPPI RIVER STORMWATER SUBDRAINAGE DISTRICT NO. 1) ~)~dHEREAS, pursuant to a motion of the Ramsey City Council, adopted September 28, 1999, a report has 'been prepared by Steve ~-m~owski, City Engineer, with reference to Improvement Projec'i: #99-67 (Storm Sewer to the Mississippi River Stormwater Subdrainage District ~ ,to. 1); and WI-7~REAS~ t'.:e report was received by the Ramsey City Council on Ja~,uary 25, 2000, w;:dc~x indicate~; the total project cost to be NOW T~':~Z~.EFORE, ~.E IT RESOLVED BY' THE CITY COUNCIY, OF THE CITY OF RAMS~!?. ANOKA COUNTY~ ETATE OF MINNESOTA, as follov;'s; 1) ~l'i'~* the Rams :y City Council will consider the improvement of storm server to the Mi ~.issippi River Stormwater Subdrainage District No. 1 in accordance with the report ~.,.,~d oursuant to Minnesota Statutes Chapter 444. 2) Th.~t a public hearing shall be held on such proposed improvement on the 8th day of mary, 2000, in the Council Chambers of the Ramsey Municipal Center at 7:00 p.m. the City Administrator shall give mailed and published notice of such hearing and im~rovement as required by law.
