North Suburban Counseli <br />Center' is a non-profit mental health center with a community ~r_epresentative Board <br />Directors. North Suburban Counseling Center has bean a part of the Anoka County <br />community since 1~73. <br /> <br />Amount of CDBG Funds Requested $ :}~, 500.0o <br /> <br />Specific Project Description: 1 <br /> <br />As indicated in the previous description~ this CDBG project specifically allows this <br />clinic to continue tq provide professional menal healt~ and psydhiatric services tc1 <br />persons living in the City of Ramsay. The program is specifically designed to.pro,it <br />these services to those ~ho have no insurance and are in the low-inc0me to very low-- ! <br />income bracket.
