Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #00-02- <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION ALLOCATING 2000 COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK <br />GRANT (CDBG) FUNDS <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Ramsey receives an annual allocation of CDBG funds from <br />Anoka County; and <br /> <br />~ltEREAS, the 1999 and 2000 allocation totals $57,134.00; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on January 25, 2000, the Ramsey City Council conducted a public hearing <br />regarding the use of CDBG funds; <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1. That the City of Ramsey hereby applies to Anoka County for the allocation of 2000 CDBG <br /> funds in the amount of $57,134.00 for the following projects: <br /> <br />Public Service Agencies <br /> Community Emergency Assistance Program <br /> Rise <br /> Family Life Mental Health Center <br /> N.W. Suburban Kinship <br /> North Anoka Meals on Wheels <br /> Central Center for Family Resources - Bridgeview <br /> Fathers' Resource Center <br /> Alexandra House <br /> Anoka County Community Action- Senior Outreach <br /> North Suburban Counseling Center <br /> Arc Anoka, Ramsey, and Suburban, Inc. <br /> Children's Home Crisis Nursery <br /> <br />$750.00 <br />$750.00 <br />$750.00 <br />$500.0O <br />$750.0O <br />$500.00 <br />$750.00 <br />$750.00 <br />$75O.00 <br />$750.0O <br />$750.00 <br />$750.00 <br /> <br />· New Trail Construction from Savannah Oaks (senior <br /> citizen apartment building) to Solstice Park <br /> <br />$39,000.00 <br /> <br />· ADA Trail Retrofits <br /> <br />$8,634.00 <br /> <br />· County Administration Fee <br /> <br />$1,000.00 <br /> <br />2.
