I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />Councilmember <br /> <br />RE:;OLUTION RECEIVING <br />IMPROVEMENT PROJECT <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION #00-02- <br /> <br /> REPORT AND CALLING A PUBLIC HEARING ON <br /> #99-11 (BITUMINOUS PAVING OF JACKEL STREET <br /> <br />FROM 153m) AVENUE TO 151sT LANE) <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution #99-12-216 adopted by Ramsey City Council on <br />December 14, 1999, a report has been prepared by Steve Jankowski, City Engineer, with <br />reference to Improvement Project #99-11 (Bituminous Paving of Jackel Street from 153rd <br />Avenue to 151st Lane); and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the report was received by the Ramsey City Council on February 8, 2000, <br />which indicates the following: <br /> <br />Estimated total cost of the project <br /> <br />Estimated total assessment <br /> <br />Estimated assessment per unit <br />(10 year term) <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />That the Ramse~yd City Council willst consider, the improvement of bituminous paving' of Jackel <br />Street from 153 Avenue to 151 Lane ~n accordance with the report and the assessment of <br />abutting property for all or a portion of the cost of the improvement pursuant to Minnesota <br />Statutes Chapter 429 and Ramsey City Code Section 4.60 at an estimated cost of $ <br /> <br />1) <br /> <br />That a public hearing shall be held on such proposed improvement on the 22nd day of <br />February, 2000, in the Council Chambers of the Ramsey Municipal Center at 7:00 p.m., and <br />the City Administrator shall give mailed and published notice of such hearing and <br />improvement as required by law. <br /> <br />2) <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br /> , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br /> <br />
