I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />Councilmember <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #00-01- <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RESCHEDULING THE PUBLIC HEARING ON IMPROVEMENT <br />PROJECT #99-67 (STORM SEWER TO THE MISSISSIPPI RIVER STORMWATER <br />SUBDRAINAGE DISTRICT NO. 1) <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on January 25, 2000, the Ramsey City Council adopted Resolution #00~ <br />01-XXX receiving a report prepared by City Engineer Steve Jankowski with reference to <br />Improvement Project #99-67 (Storm Sewer to the Mississippi River Stormwater Subdrainage <br />District No. 1), and scheduling a public hearing on the matter to be held February 8, 2000; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, due to an oversight a Notice of Public Hearing was not published in the <br />official newspaper as required by law. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) <br /> <br />That the public hearing on the improvement of storm sewer to the Mississippi River <br />Stormwater Subdrainage District No. 1 (Improvement Project #99-67) shall be <br />rescheduled to the 22''d day of February, 2000, in the Council Chambers of the Ramsey <br />Municipal Center at 7:00 p.m., and the City Administrator shall give mailed and <br />published notice of such hearing and improvement as required by law. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br /> and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council <br />this the 8~ day of February, 2000. <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />City Administrator <br /> <br /> <br />
