Norman <br /> City Administrator, City of Ramsey <br /> <br />FROM: Leonard Levine <br /> <br />RE: JANUARY ACTIVITIES <br /> <br />DATE: FEBRUARY 1, 2000 <br /> <br /> Work performed this month includes: Conversation with Jim Norman we <br />discussed financial commitments from MN/DOT and exact amount and where it will be <br />coming from, determination of the access matter for 143rd St. and other items which we <br />will discuss after Jim'meets with Steve Jankowski, Jim and I talked today and we will meet <br />on 1/1 lat 8:30 p.m. in the Ramsey City Hall with the members of the City Council, drove <br />to Ramsey for the City Council meeting and discussed several matters and then the <br />following day Jim and I spoke and he faxed me copies of letters c~)ncerning the access <br />matter and the MN/DOT position, we will speak on Thursday, Jim Norman and I spoke <br />today and discussed the access matter and the supporting information which the city has <br />and we agreed that I should contact MN/DOT and discuss this further, conversation with <br />Marc Goess of MN/DOT and discussed the road access matter in Ramsey and then I faxed <br />him copies of letters and will wait for his call after he reviews them, I called Jim Norman <br />and left him a message to call, Jim Norman and I discussed the matter of access and my <br /> <br /> <br />
