Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Councilmember Hendriksen stated that it might be of interest to the citizens to have Mr. Norman <br />summarize the financial information. <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec requested that City Administrator Norman put together an update of the current <br />funds. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Hendriksen, seconded by Councilmember Anderson, to direct the <br />City Attorney to draft the following resolutions: t) Accepting plans and specs and authorizing <br />solicitation for bids since the City will be the bidding agent on the project. 2) Resolution <br />assigning a City official to sign the right-of-way number one certificate. 3) Enter into a Joint <br />Powers Partnership agreement with the state. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Hendriksen, Anderson, Connolly, <br />and Zimmerman.
