I <br /> i <br />'1 <br /> <br />DOG ORDINANCE REGULATIONS <br /> <br />The following criteria need to be completed and inspected by the designated city employee prior <br /> to the issuance of the administrative kennel license. <br /> <br />[] All dogs are currently licensed by the City <br /> <br />[] Appropriate measures, as determined by the City, have been taken to prevent dogs from <br /> running at large <br /> <br />The kennel structures (doghouses, and/or fenced runs) exe located at least 10 feet from any <br />abutting property line. Fenced yards shall not be considered fenced runs. <br /> <br />An appropriate plan, as determined by the City is in place for removal of excrement fi'om the <br />yard on a regular basis <br /> <br />No nuisance complaints have been received at the City 'within the previous twenty-four (24) <br />months relating to the dogs being kept on the property <br /> <br />City Inspector <br /> <br />Date of Inspection <br /> <br />Administrative Kennel Licenses may be denied or revoked by the City Administrator or his/her designee <br />for cause including unsanitary facilities, keeping more dogs than the license authorizes, keeping unlicensed <br />dogs, allowing dogs to run at large or other nuisance complaints. A Conditional Use Permit is required for <br />four (4) or more dogs. <br /> <br />I understand the application fee is non-refundable.
