A_RTICLR VI - T'E~ATION This contract may be terminated by Mn/DOT or the Commissioner of Adminbtradon at any time, with or without cause, immediately upon written notice to the other's authorized agent. In the event that Mn/DOT and/or the City cannot or does not obtain funding from the Minnesota Legislature, or funding cannot be continued at a level sufficient to allow, for the purchasing or providing of services and/or goods contained herein, this Agreement may be immediately cancelled, at either parties option, by written notice of cancellation delivered in person, by mail, or via facsimile to Mn/DOT or County ar the address specified in this Agreement.
