I will work on your behalf <br />to have a station selected in Ramsey. I will work with the Minnesota Department of <br />Transportation (MN/DOT), the Metropolitan Council and their agents in gathering this <br />information. <br /> <br /> As compensation you have agreed to pay Leonard W. Levine & Associates, Inc. a <br />non-refundable retainer of $3,500 at this time. Payment for my services will cover the time <br />period beginning on March 1, 2000 and concluding on April 30, 2000. If it is necessary to <br />continue working on this project once the work for this phase of the project is exceeded, we <br />will mutually agree to continue with compensation and duties to be determined at that time. <br /> <br /> James E. Norman, Ramsey City Administrator, will be the principal contact in <br />connection with my services under this agreement. Memos and information relative to the <br />services provided will be directed to him, unless otherwise specified. <br /> <br /> If you approve of the arrangements as stated in this letter, please indicate your <br />concurrence by signing your name and sending a copy of this letter (fax would be <br />acceptable) and payment back to me. <br /> <br /> <br />
