CASE <br /> <br />REQUEST FOR SITE PLAN APPROVAL; CASE OF SYSTEMATIC <br />REFRIGERATION <br /> By: Anita Rasmussen, City Planner <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />The City of Ramsey has received a request for site plan review and approval from Systematic <br />Refrigeration for a new facility generally located south of Industry Avenue NW and north of the <br />intersection of 140th Avenue NW and Radium Street NW. The following items are enclosed: <br /> <br />a) Site location map <br />b) Site plan <br />c) City Staff Review Letter dated March 3, 2000 <br />d) Draft Planning Commission meeting minutes dated March 6, 2000 <br /> <br />Observations: <br /> <br /> ..?f-~"i Thc proposed office building is~880,2g0 square feeI_in_aize. Building coverage is restricted to <br />/n/,~;~l,dB6~/~ of the lot area, which is 99,856 square feet. The plan also proposes a future expansion on <br />~the property to the east for additional office, warehouse and manufacturing space.
