CASE REQUEST FOR SITE PLAN APPROVAL; CASE OF SYSTEMATIC REFRIGERATION By: Anita Rasmussen, City Planner Background: The City of Ramsey has received a request for site plan review and approval from Systematic Refrigeration for a new facility generally located south of Industry Avenue NW and north of the intersection of 140th Avenue NW and Radium Street NW. The following items are enclosed: a) Site location map b) Site plan c) City Staff Review Letter dated March 3, 2000 d) Draft Planning Commission meeting minutes dated March 6, 2000 Observations: ..?f-~"i Thc proposed office building is~880,2g0 square feeI_in_aize. Building coverage is restricted to /n/,~;~l,dB6~/~ of the lot area, which is 99,856 square feet. The plan also proposes a future expansion on ~the property to the east for additional office, warehouse and manufacturing space.
