I <br />i <br />I <br /> <br /> ! <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br />I <br />i <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />Councilmember , introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION #00-03~XX <br /> <br />RESOLUTION GRANTING FINAL PLAT APPROVAL OF WEST RADIUM BUSINESS <br />CENTER FIRST ADDITION <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, H&P Development, hereafter referred to as "Developer," has properly <br />applied for final plat approval of the following described property located in the City of Ramsey: <br /> <br /> Lots 3 and 3A, Block 1, BUSINESS PARK 95 FIFTH ADDITION <br /> <br /> or upon recording: <br /> <br /> Lots 1 and lA and Lot 2 and 2A, Block 1, WEST RADIUM BUSINESS PARK FIRST <br /> ADDITION, Anoka County, Minnesota. <br /> <br /> AND WHEREAS, on February 15, 2000, the City received a sketch plan from the <br />Developer; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, park dedication will consist of a cash payment of $6070.00. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Ramsey Planning Commission met on March 6, 2000, and approved the <br />sketch plan of West Radium Business Center First Addition and directed tl::s Developers to <br />proceed to the final plat stage; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City received application for final plat approval on February 15, 2000. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE~ BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) That the Ramsey City Council hereby grants final plat approval to West Radium Business <br /> Center First Addition in accordance with relevant City Codes contingent upon compliance <br /> with the City Staff Review Letter dated February 23, 2000, and the Developers entering <br /> into a development agreement with the City. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br /> , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br /> <br />
